We've heard from a few customers who have contacted us regarding not being able to even download Photofy to their Android devices. They would either get part way through, or were not able to start the download. After some research and testing, one of our customers was able to find a solution.

If you're experiencing this as well, please do the following:
Android 6.0 and Higher Devices
- From a Home screen, navigate: Apps > Settings > Apps.
If unavailable, navigate: Apps > Settings > (Applications) Application manager.
For Oreo OS, navigate: Apps icon > Settings > Apps & Notifications > App info.
- Tap Google Play Store.
- Tap Storage.
- Tap Clear Cache then tap Clear Data.
- Tap OK.
